Nick is a partner in our commercial projects group, carrying out outsourcing projects, PPP projects and other commercial project work, including the corporate work related to these projects.
Nick has particular expertise in the following sectors:

- Acting for G4S plc on a number of cash processing outsourcing agreements, including:
£200m agreement with the Nationwide
£30m agreement with Northern Bank in Northern Ireland
£250m agreement with Alliance & Leicester plc - Advising G4S plc son its participation in a PFI Consortium, led by G4S for the design, build, finance and operation of a secure training centre (GBP 400 million)
- Advising on the GBP 50 million restructuring of Inchcape plc’s Middle East Shipping Business
- Acting for a gaming company in a joint venture regarding distribution of slot machines in Germany
- Acting for a UK based gaming operator on regulatory issues around setting up a new lottery scheme
- Acting on the sale of a gaming systems company to a Nasdaq listed Hong-Kong based company
